Successful candidate will be responsible for performing various diagnostic tests using a variety of instruments in multiple locations across the GTA. Ideal candidate will have COA™ or similar certification and 2 years experience in an Ophthalmic or Optometry practice. Untrained candidates with Medical Lab or Medical office diploma will be considered.

 

Candidates should be detailed, have high dexterity and be outgoing and engaging. The ability to relate to various ethnic and age groups and communicate effectively is strongly desired. Candidates may be required to lift up to 65 lbs and require computer skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and troubleshoot problems with specific instruments/technologies.

 

Hours of work may vary with longer and shorter days but average 35-40 hours per week. The company offers competitive wages, benefits and a strong shared commitment to training and certification.
